    A: Glitsch offers a 'Premium Effects Pack' as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase for $9.99. This single purchase unlocks all current and future premium effects permanently. There are no subscriptions.

  • Q: Can I use Glitsch on my iPad?

    A: Currently, Glitsch is optimized for iPhone. An iPad version is on our roadmap!

  • Q: Does Glitsch work on videos?

    A: Yes! All effects work in real-time on both photos and videos from your library, or directly from the camera.

  • Q: How do I save an effect setting I like?

    A: After you've adjusted an effect, tap the 'Save' (star) icon to save it as a preset. You can find all your saved presets in the 'Favorites' category in the effect browser.

  • Q: What happens to the original photo or video?

    A: Glitsch performs non-destructive editing. Your original media is never modified. When you export, a new file is created with the effects applied.

4. Troubleshooting Resources

  • Issue: The app is crashing or not starting.

    • Please ensure you are running the latest version of iOS.
    • Try restarting your device.
    • If the problem persists, please delete and reinstall the app from the App Store. Your presets and purchases can be restored. If issues continue, contact us via email.
  • Issue: My purchase isn't showing up.

    • Please tap the 'Restore Purchases' button, which can usually be found on the premium purchase screen.
    • Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase.
    • If you still have trouble, contact support with your purchase receipt.
